After a long time I did a candle....melted the wax and added my favorite perfume to it. Poured the wax into a 3"tall glass and let it to cool down for couple hours. I got these paper napkins from thecraftshop.in . I just took a part of the paper.....applied mod podge on the glass and stuck the tissue. I outlined the image with black permanent marker.Once it dried gave it 2 coats of Sparkle Mod Podge. To finish it off added the rhinestones to the top and bottom edge.

Altered Vintage Pot
Another altered project.......This is a terracotta pot so I added a layer of white gesso to it before painting. Stuck the vintage picture with Mod Podge. Sponged the peach pearl paint all over the pot and the lid. For the top and bottom trim added a touch gold paint. Added the lace and the golden rope to the picture.
Roses were made with Heartfelt Botanical Rose Stamp and die set.
With 3D white paint added few swirls and dots to the fill the empty space.

DISTRESSING
Wet the paper
tear the edges
ink it
and
curl the sides.
Rose was made with Heartfelt botanical Rose Stamp and die set. Colored with distress ink and gave a coat with glossy accent.
Brayer Stamping Card - Eclectic Ellapu Challenge
This Month Challenge for Eclectic Ellapu is
FAVOURITE HOLIDAYS.
As for me the favourite time of the year is Christmas....love to decorate the house for the season.
I created this card to remember the biting cold winds with snow covered trees during the Christmas Season.
I used Braying technique and single stamp to create
these 3 cards. For the background I used Blue distress ink with brayer and masked part of the card to give the effect of snow. And also the moon I used making technique. Stamped the tree and the sentiment to the background with Archival Ink. At last added glitter to make the snow glitter.

Mom's Love - Simply Create Too Challenge
Challenge of this month for Simply Create Too Blog is
For this challenge I chose to do a card for Mother's Day. I googled for the center image and found this silhouette of a mother and child, with the help of the Cricut I cut out the image and the sentiment.
Built the card around the image and for the frame I used Spellbinders Blooming Collection.
My teammate commented on the card saying "The softness of it makes one think of the tenderness and love a women has to offer!!!!". Very very true...after finishing the card I felt such a joy and pride to be a mother.
Happy Mother's Day To All The Wonderful Mothers!!!!
